Shipping & Returns
Orders typically process and ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Utah. You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. Please expect delays due to the high volume of shipping around the holidays and with delays from COVID 19.
Our Noel Decor Stores are seasonal locations which are usually open from November until Christmas. You have until December 1st, 2020 to make any returns and December 1-10th, exchange only as long as the items are in the original condition, unopened and unused. You will also need your receipt. After December 10th, 2020 all Sales become final.
Online orders must be post marked by December 10th to be eligible for a return.
Any items sold at clearance (50% off or more) is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us prior to returning your item for the best possible service. Noel Decor is not responsible for the cost of shipping for returns. If items are shipped, upon receiving your item we will refund your purchase, less original shipping costs. Return shipments should include an original receipt and be marked Attn: Online Returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we received the return of your item.
