Shipping & Returns
Noel Decor Shipping Policy:
Orders typically process and ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Utah. You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. Please expect delays due to the high volume of shipping around the holidays and with delays from COVID 19.
Noel Decor Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Noel Decor purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt or prior to December 10 (whichever comes first). Returns are accepted only as long as the items are in the original condition, unopened and unused. After December 10th, all sales become final. The customer is responsible for the return fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject items that are ineligible for return. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy. Products ineligible for return include personalized items, items that are damaged due to improper care or use, and items for which a return has not been authorized. Online orders must be postmarked by December 10th to be eligible for a return.
Any items sold at clearance (40% off or more) are considered Final Sales and cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us prior to returning your item for the best possible service. Noel Decor is not responsible for the cost of shipping for returns. Once items are shipped, upon receiving your item we will refund your purchase, less original shipping costs. Return shipments should include an original receipt and be marked Attn: Online Returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we received the return of your item.
